My Bad Experience In Online Casinos

Out of all the many online casinos there are out there, there are very few that are of any use. Most of them have slow payment times, outsourced customer support and flexible terms and conditions which makes them a bad overall experience.

I’ve had numerous bad experiences at casinos, some of the time they just refused to pay me. When I Played at Casino.com I never received my winnings, I played with some bonus money and their terms and conditions meant that I lost my winnings and the bonus money at the end of it all.

They did this because I hadn’t completed the wagering requirements for the bonus. So after I had everything taken off me, I still had to meet their requirements with no bonus.

What made me the most angry was that I was clearly being scammed and there was not a thing I could do to stop it as I had accepted their terms and conditions. After you say yes to their terms and conditions you are theirs and must obey their rules.

A Casino.com affiliate had told me to accept this bonus which makes everything even more infuriating. They informed me that there will be big money to win if I accepted this bonus.

I was clearly been told lies here, I can see that now and I feel really very bad indeed about it. After this experience I played at many more online casinos and had good and bed experiences.

One of my top ones is Totesport Casino I have been signed up since 2008 and really like playing there. I still play there after all this time because they operate a fair service. Casino.com would keep more players if they just treated them fairly, it baffles me why they don’t do this.

Obviously casinos such as casino.com only care about quick profits from treating people unfairly which is a short sited business model. Simply providing a better service would in the long term make them more money as they would be keeping their players.
